not playing ogame, I have been told that it takes a lot of time, that your ships don´t fight in their own... I could start....

I'm in ogame too.
Universe 8, my homeworld is Temporal, 1:36:11

It was slow to start, for the 1st few days, but, so was astrowars when you start on the 1st day of the game, and no extra production, lol.

Right now, I can build Heavy Fighters, Light Fighters, and Espionage Probes. 5 more combat craft to research.

The variety of defenses offered is nice. Smile

5 different types of Beam defenses, 2 Shield defenses, 2 Missile defenses, and even an Interplanetary Missile base.

As far as the amount of time goes, I usually login, once before, and once after work, maybe one more time, if, i'm expecting something to come in, like an important research.
Just like here, you can login as much as you want, but, if you are waiting for enough production to build a battleship, then there is no point to login frequently.
The graphics are better too. I never liked the black background of astrowars.
I'll still play both, until I win, or get wiped out in either. Laughing
